Summary
By reforming the Toxic Substances Control Act of 1976, we have the potential to reduce Americans’ exposure to toxic chemicals, improve health, and lower health care costs. This report is the result of a collaborative effort by members of the Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families coalition, a new nationwide effort to adopt smart federal policies that protect us from toxic chemicals.
