What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the ionator HOM™ ("Product"), subject to the exceptions stated below.
How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty begins on the date of purchase and ends one year from the date of purchase.
What Activeion Will Do
Activeion will repair or replace the defective Product at Activeion's expense.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover any malfunction caused by abuse, misuse or improper care, by disassembling the Product, or by failure to follow the printed instructions. Abuse, misuse or improper care includes but is not limited to: malfunctions caused by repeated dropping; storing in areas below 40 degrees F.; contact with fire; submerging the device in liquid; or repeated banging of the device. The Product should only be filled with tap water; this warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by filling the sprayer with any other liquid, including any cleaner fluid. The Product is not designed for commercial use, and this warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by such use. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents. Warranties implied by state law are limited in duration to one year from the date of purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

You may ship the Product directly to Activeion at the above address at your own expense, or you may request a pre-printed shipping label by calling Activeion at (866) 950-4667. If you ship the Product yourself, you must include in the package your mailing address, your street address (if different) and a phone number where you can be reached.

The Product should only be filled with tap water; this warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by filling the sprayer with any other liquid, including any cleaner fluid.
